- Focusing on providing property tax assessment services to municipalities with the intent of establishing true market values.
- Experience and training as a Certified Maine Tax Assessor.
- Utilize industry standard methodology to determine value incorporating the cost approach, income approach and market approach.
- Abide by the standards set by the title 36 Maine Property Tax Law and the Marshall and Swifts Cost Guides.
- Market approach is our primary method of valuation when adequate sales data is available.
